Catherine Ngo, Executive Vice President

Catherine Ngo has almost 20 years of legal and management experience, most recently, as the Chief Operating Officer of SVB Alliant, the investment banking affiliate of Silicon Valley Bank. Ms. Ngo led all business operations for the firm, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Marketing.

Previously, she was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). In her 10 years as the chief counsel of SVB, Ms. Ngo managed all legal affairs for SVB, including for the company's first two venture capital funds. Ms. Ngo was a founding board member of SVB’s first two venture capital funds and is currently a venture partner of Startup Capital Ventures. Ms. Ngo is also an Executive Vice President of Zero2IPO.
