Ms.CONG Ning, joined Orchid Asia in November 2005, has 15years of experience in finance, investment and industry, especially in  private equity investment and mergers & acquisitions transactions in the Greater China area. Since 2005, Ms. Cong has been the vice president, investment director, and managing director and investment committee member of Orchid Asia Group Management, Limited, a private equity firm focused on investing in PRC and other parts of Asia, where Ms. Cong leads Orchids operation in southern China and made numerous investments in a number of industries.

Ms. Cong earned her bachelor degree in History with first-honour from Nanjing University in 1992, and obtained her MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris in 2001.
