Yiming ZHU, founded GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. in 2005 in Tsinghua Science Park. GigaDevice is the first memory design house in China and focused on providing the cutting edge memory technology. Yiming grew his company from technical success to market recognition within two years from its inception. GigaDevice’s dySRAM™ (2T-SRAM) is becoming a widely recognized brand-name in the industry. Yiming graduated from Tsinghua University and State University New York at Stony Brook with Master Degree.
