Yue Bao, male, born in December 1967, graduated from Hunan University with the major of Economic Law. He used to be securities trust director of Finance Management Division of Hunan Branch of The People's Bank of China, the deputy general manger of Investment Banking Department of Weishen Securities Co., Ltd (current  "Yingda Securities Co., Ltd"), secretary department of board directory of Zhonglian Construction Co., Ltd, and the vice president of Century Securities Co., Ltd. He is the executive president of HAPPY-SILICON Venture Co., Ltd.
