Partner of The CID Group, Managing Director of CID Venture Management & Consulting (Beijing), Ltd. At CID, she is responsible for the direct investment activities in China market. She currently serves as the board director of Ambow Education(NYSE:AMBO), Verisilicon, Accel Semiconductor, D-Edu, Babycare, Transn and China Talent Group.
Lisa got her MBA degree from National Cheng-Chi University and BS in Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University.
Lisa has extensive experience in direct investment in technology related projects in both Taiwan and North America. In her earlier career, Lisa joined China Development Industrial Bank (CDIB) from 1992 to 1997.
Served in both Direct Investment Department and Overseas Business Department, she was involved in numerous projects which covered PC, Semiconductor, communication, and material industries in both Taiwan and United State. In 1998, she was sent to help setting up CDIB Venture Management (USA) in Silicon Valley, California. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of CDIB and manages USD150 million to invest into North America technology projects. During 1998 through 2003, Lisa serving as the executive Director was responsible for portfolio building and fund raising process as well as serving on the board of several portfolio companies. She joined CID in early 2004 and move to Beijing China. She is in charge of building the China direct investment team and the portfolio since then.
