Wang Yonghua is the Board Chairman of Tiantu Capital. Previously, he was a Deputy General Manager of China Southern Fund Management Co., Ltd. Before joining the China Southern Fund Management Co., Wang Yonghua was a General Manager of Department of Investment Banking, China Southern Securities Co., Ltd. 

He holds a Master of International Finance from Columbia University, and a USA Master of Finance from the Graduate School of the People's Bank of China.
 
Wang Yonghua also has the experience of taking charge of listing and right issue of many domestic companies and managing fund assets over RMB10 billion.
