Mr.Jeff  Yao is the founder and managing partner of Prax Capital Management Co., a China focused private equity investment firm.

Mr. Yao has been an executive with management experience for more than 30 years in Asia. From 1989 to 2003, he was the director and executive vice president of Texpack Group, a multinational manufacturer of paper products. From 1988 to 1989, he was the senior manger of GE Solid State Taiwan Ltd. From 1975 to 1988, he held various management positions at RCA Taiwan Ltd. Mr. Yao received his bachelor and MBA degree from Central University.
