Mr. Ying joined Shanghai Pudong Science &Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (PDSTI) in 2007 and now is manager of investment &management department. Mr. Ying is managing fund investment and management of 3 bn RMB including Pudong New District Guiding Fund and Anhui Province Guiding Fund, and invested more than 20 USD and RMB funds. Mr. Ying also serves on the boards of Shanghai Puxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. and several funds' investment committees.
Mr. Ying holds a Master in E.E. from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
