Mr. Xiong Yan, Vice President of Chinese State-owned Property Exchanges Association，Vice President of Beijing Private Equity Association，rotating president of China Mergers and Acquisitions Association (CMAA), is part-time professor of the Party School of CPC and HIT, permanent director of China Innovation Alliance of Equity Exchanges, permanent director of Asia America Multi-technology Association （AAMA）and Club of 100. He ever headed HIT’s Communist Youth League Committee, director of the High-tech Industry Center of The CYL Central Committee, president of China-Zhongguancun Technology and Equity Exchange (CTEE)，president ,chairman and Party Secretary of China-Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX).
