Mr. Li Jiaqing joined Legend Capital in 2001 as managing director, member of Investment Committee, director of Shanghai Office and was engaged in full range investment covered in Legend Capital.

Mr. Li Jiaqing joined Legend in 1998 and served as new business development manager of Legend Group Business Development Department. In 2000, Mr. Li served as consultant of Saint-Gobain Business Development Department. After joining Legend Capital in 2001, Mr. Li first served as investment manager, senior investment manager, and executive director. In 2007, he was promoted to managing director. 

Mr. Li Jiaqing has accumulated rich experience and knowledge in the communications industry, established extensive social relationship, and is familiar with various business models and IT industry.

At present, Mr. Li Jiaqing serves as director of a series of companies, such as Pharmaron, Yunnan Hongxiang Yixintang, La Chapelle, Fuzhou Xinnuo Communications, and China Digital Interactive Media Inc..

Mr. Li Jiaqing has received double bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineering and Economics Management from Tsinghua University, master's degree of Management Engineering from Tsinghua University, and MBA from Paris College of Engineers, France.
