Alex Zheng is the Chairman of Shenzhen Cowin Venture Capital Co., Ltd,the Managing Partner of Shenzhen Nanhai Growth Funds. Mr Zheng graduated with Master degree in Law from Nankai University and earned an EMBA from Guanghua Management School of Peking University. Mr. Zheng has worked in the Listing Department of Shenzhen Stock Exchange,Shenzhen Law Office and worked as a partner of Shu Jin Law Firm. As one of the First Batch of Chinese securities lawyers,he has been the legal adviser for more than 60 listed companies,such as Shenzhen Development Bank (000001),China Vanke Co., Ltd.(000002), Shenzhen Technology Co., Ltd.(000021),and so on. 

Mr. Zheng founded Shenzhen Cowin Venture Capital Co., Ltd in 2000. At the same time,he successfully invested in some listed companies of the SME board,such as DaAn Gene (002030),LouYang bearing science Technology (002046),Topray Solar (002235),Anne (002235),Worldunion Propertiese (002285),Boyun New Material (002297),Easpring Material Technology(300073),O-Film Tech(002456). Mr Zheng was awarded the honor of “2010 Annual Best Venture Capitalist” and “2010 Annual Best Local PE Administrant”.
