Yan Huang

Yan Huang is a General Partner at CDH Venture and is in charge of CDH Shanghai Office. As a part of CDH Investments, CDH Venture focuses on early stage and growth stage VC investments in China and currently manages two funds in total of $700M. Mr. Huang has led transactions for CDH Venture in various sectors including new energy, new media, consumer chain service, medical equipment and etc. Before CDH, he was an Associate Director at Intel
Capital responsible for Intel's venture investment in China. He also had startup experience at
Alibaba.com for several years and served as Vice President in charge of Engineering, Strategy and Alliance, and Marketing. Before that, he was a Technical Manager at AT&T Bell Labs in US. He has advanced engineering degrees from China & US as well as MBA degree from the Wharton School.
