Patrick Tsang is the Regional Audit Managing Partner of Deloitte in East China. He has over twenty years of professional experience in international accounting firms. Mr. Tsang specializes in new listings and corporate financing of PRC national companies and he is our Co-leader of China Public Offering Group. He is also an expert in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology industry ("TMT"), and is a member of Deloitte's TMT Group in China.

Mr. Tsang has successfully assisted the following companies completed their IPOs and financing:

PRC IPO: SAIC Motor, BA-SHI Group, Bright Dairy, Shanghai Industrial Holdings, Yanzhou Coal Mine and etc.
US IPO: Suntech Power, Acorn International and etc.
HK IPO: Ajisen China Holding, AAC Acoustic, Greentown Holding, Minth Group, Kasen International and etc

Education: Mr. Tsang graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University, major in Business Administration, and has obtained EMBA degree from CEIBS.
