Xiaolong Wang now acts as Chairman of the board and President of Beijing Venture Capital Co., Ltd.

From Dec. 1985 to Apr. 1990, he worked in the State Commission for Restructuring the Economic Systems, and ever acted as Director, Deputy director of Chinese economic restructuring research institute of the State Commission for Restructuring the Economic Systems, and member of the institutional Party committee.

From Apr. 1990 to Mar. 1994, he worked in the Beijing New Technology Industry Development Zone and ever acted as Deputy director, Standing deputy director and Secretary of the institutional Party committee.

From Apr. 1994 to 1997, he acted as Director and Deputy general manager of Hong Kong BHL(Group) Co., Ltd., Director and General manager of BHL Financial Co., Ltd., Director and General manager of BHL Securities Co., Ltd.,Chairman of the board of BHL Industrial Investment Co., Ltd.

From May 1997 to June 1998, he acted as Executive director and Vice president of Hong Kong(Beijing) Holding Co., Ltd.

From June 1998 to now, he acts as Vice chairman of the board and General manager of Beijing International Trust Investment Co., Ltd.

From Oct. 1998 to now, he acts as Vice chairman of the board and President of Beijing Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
